Dunkin' - Chicopee

Employees were high out of their mind and didn't know how to make an ice coffee or a frozen coffee ridiculous

Seriously disappointed. This has been my go to dunkin for a year. They're now telling me, after months of loyal patronage, that they refuse to make my drink. I have been getting this drink the same way for months, with the receipts to prove it. Do not bother reaching out to me, I seek only to ruin you now

They know my drink every dayParking: Lots of parking but have to watch the drive-thru

Place was dirty, trash on the floor. Bathroom was even worse.

Great hot coffee and donuts plus sandwiches, various other drinks and treats. The drive through is open 24-7 which I use a lot. The staff is always friendly and I try to tip then regularly. Awesome donuts by the way.
