Marco Anthony Pizza - Chicopee

I've been a customer for years and I'm usually very satisfied. Today was a different story ordered a chicken cutlet grinder why they cut the chicken up in little pieces I don't know but I couldn't keep it in the bun so several bites where lettuce only !! I also ordered it not toasted and it came well toasted. Disappointed today.

Order take out or eat in a booth. Small , large or party size pies . Delivery available, subs , salads , sandwiches calzones on the menu. Prices are reasonable. Small discount if you're picking up and paying (cash? we do . Ask about early week specials . 15-20minutes for a pick up time.

Ordered online. Was given 35 minutes average waiting time. One hour later I called the restaurant. After half an hour on hold I decided to go to the restaurant myself and obtain a refund. I left my phone turned on as I was still on hold waiting to speak to someone. As I suspected the parking lot was empty save for three delivery vehicles all idling w/ what i assume was their drivers just standing around smoking. When I walked into the waiting area, I saw one phone girl (not on the phone btw) one cook (on a cell phone). Looking around I saw many packages pizzas waiting their turn to be delivered. It is obvious they are busier than they can handle. I was advised MY order was already on the road . I told THEM I didn 't want it anymore. A simple grinder that is now soggy and cold and disgusting after an hour and a half of sitting on the rack waiting to go out the door then sitting in the delivery car as he drove around dropping off other orders. I was given a refund w/ no issues. That is why I gave three stars. I understand help is hard to find right now. But I repeat my observation of three delivery cars sitting isle while their drivers smoked and hung out. Charging people for food that will be beyond sub par and gross by the time it reaches the customer is wrong. Get better drivers or stop taking orders until you catch up.

Update 4/3: I must commend Brother's Pizza for their excellent customer service. There were a couple of instances where they made mistakes with my order, such as sending out a delivery order instead of a pickup and making a larger pizza than I had requested. However, the owner was very apologetic and even offered complimentary sodas to compensate for the errors. Unfortunately, I have a complaint about their delivery driver who smokes in the car with the food, drives recklessly, and is unpleasant to both employees and customers.

I have ordered takeout from this restaurant a few times and have never been satisfied with my meals. The homemade pitas are delicious and fresh, but the fillings leave much to be desired. The BLT pita I ordered had terrible bacon - it was hard, chewy, and clearly old. Additionally, it was overloaded with mayo, making it inedible. The second time I ordered a Chicken Caesar Pita, expecting a simple combination of chicken, lettuce, and dressing. However, when I opened the pita at home, there was only chicken inside - not a single piece of lettuce to be found. The lack of lettuce made the chicken appear unappetizing. I couldn't even take one bite. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
