Mcdonald's - Chicopee

I decided to continue driving further down the road, as my friend thought McDonald's was absolutely terrible in every way. They laughed last. When I arrived at the drive-thru to place my order, a few minutes later a staff member said, "I'm sorry, we're temporarily closed." It seemed like at 9 o'clock, everything was going wrong.

The staff at this restaurant are very friendly during lunchtime. The food tasted just like any other McDonald's meal. I believe it is all pre-made, so I didn't notice any difference in temperature or freshness. Everything was in order. I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating.

The service at this restaurant is awful. I asked to be seated, but they did not give me a table because they claimed that none of the tables were clean. They do not have enough staff and seem lazy.

The order was misunderstood at the drive-thru, but eating was fast and graciously fixed when I brought it back to the house. please do not have salt, have no sauce on big macask for diet, got regularly. quite easy to fix. the staff seemed very good to work together, they are all in work mode and everyone was busy working. (in contrast to my local mcdonald’s where they stand around, they have been in the drive thru a few times in the last few months, they always seem to have their share together.

Don't like it...i gone there in the early morning..they never got decaffeinated coffee...have waited in the drive trew almost one hour to tell me that they close to 4am. Some off the employees are very rude..I wonder why they close for that hour in the early morning..
