Starbucks - Chicopee

I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant, and I have to say, it was a letdown. For over $100, I expected much more. The food was subpar, receiving a rating of just 1 out of 5 - it simply didn’t taste good. The service was equally disappointing; I also gave that a 1. It felt like no effort was put into the experience at all. As for the atmosphere, I can’t comment much since it was takeout, but if the food and service are any indication, I can't imagine it being anything special. I won’t be returning.

I've given this place multiple chances, but I've consistently faced long waits and subpar drink quality. I'm done trying this location.

Driving home from Salem by way of Las Vegas, I came in looking for a “been there” mug to add to my collection. Unfortunately they did not have one, so I casually bought the cutest one there and my coffee and called it a day. The lovely human who checked me out made small talk with me and learned that I was here from Vegas and while posting my picture of my new mug, trudged through the rain to gift me a “one of a kind” cup!! I LOVE IT and thank you for giving me this lasting memory!
