Feedback gevenOur experience at the restaurant this afternoon at 1:30 pm was very poor. The manager, who also served as our clerk, made us feel rushed and was unfriendly. The service was quick to the point where we didn't even have time to make a choice. The manager's demeanor was rude and dismissive, and the noise level and loud music were bothersome. When I tried to address the issue with the manager, I was simply told that it is a fast-paced restaurant and that I would have to adjust. Overall, the entire experience was unpleasant.
I was disappointed with the service and the mistakes in pricing...
I visited the restaurant on Friday, July 14th during dinner time. I was aware that the stock of muffins and donuts was running out. The muffins were all displayed in the same tray, with signs indicating the flavors. I requested 12 chocolate chip muffins, specifying that I am allergic to cinnamon. Unfortunately, the person who took my order did not mention that some muffins were mixed and mistakenly gave me 12 muffins with nuts in them. These were the only ones left in stock at the restaurant located on Boulevard Talbot in Chicoutimi. It's worth mentioning that they do not have any nut-free muffins available.
Normally, the service is very fast, but today, what a disappointment 2 open checkout, excellent plus driving service .... but only one person on the preparation of the sandwiches, where is the logic 25 minutes to receive my order , no luck my sandwiches were delicious.
Totally disappointed, I went to Tim for a coriander and lime wrap. I had a normal crispy chicken tomato salad wrap. Same thing for my friend. I will never go back there again.
