Betts Big T - Chiefland

I had the Hamburger Steak with 3 pages (potatoes and engraving, green collar and peach-cobbler) my meal was really good. Great green and real potatoes. The Cobbler was really good. Our waitress was really nice and the price was really good for all the food we got. Also the meal came with warm soft rolls and butter! Yus

The sign out front is dated and easy to miss as is the building. Have been by the restaurant many times before and never noticed it. Glad I looked up a place to eat breakfast on maps and found this little beauty. Prices seemed reasonable but turned out to be a bargain. Helpings are huge. Food was very good. Recommend the Sausage Gravey and Biscuits. Can't yet comment on the other menu items, but I'm going back to give some of them a try.

This restaurant has my STRONG RECOMMENDATION! Cindy is an expert at managing both the staff and the dining experience. I don't think I've ever seen such enormous and appetizing plates of food as I did here. This place has truly made a lasting impression on me, and I will remember it fondly due to the diverse clientele and the genuine smiles from the wonderful people who work there. It feels as safe as can be, and based on my previous visits, I look forward to returning for another special experience. I have a special place in my heart for everyone who comes here! If you’re driving through Chiefland or anywhere nearby, make sure to stop at Betts Big T and ask for Cindy or another staff member to enjoy the best home-cooked meal you can find.

The food and service were outstanding. The meals reminded me of my mother's home cooking. I ordered fried chicken, green beans, potatoes, and coleslaw. I would definitely return to this place.
