Bubbaque's - Chiefland

I didn't like Bubba Q's, but now they seemed to have turned around a new sheet. I was at three different last month and had a great experience each time. this was the in Oberland Florida, clean and up inside, the service staff were knowledgeable and friendly, the food was delicious and plentiful. In fact, I had the Jalapeno Brisket Sandwich, which has so much smokey meat in it, the sandwich was falling apart!!! LOL the frits were hot and crisp and fresh, that's all I could ask of a frit, and the beer was so cold it hurt my teeth all for about $13.

We are staying in Chiefland for a couple of weeks and had Bubbaques for lunch yesterday. They had just opened so they were not that busy only one other family eating in, but that was good for us because our delicious food came out very quickly. We both had had pulled pork sandwiches and fries and I also had the okra and brought home the banana pudding. Everything was plentiful and had great flavor. We will definitely be back before we leave.

Really cool place... the seats and the walls very cover. Even the bath have plenty of great sign on it. Services was really fast and they take care of costumers, food came fast and the taste was awasone, prices are confortable to go more than twice in a week if you like pork, beef and wonderfull smoke smell.

Food was delicious, my pulled pork was amazing. Clean place, attentive and friendly staff. About 5 to 6 diff sauces on each table to choose from, all delicious. They have tables and booths with plenty of walking space in between although it is not a big restaurant. I will visit again.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic! The atmosphere is pleasant. I tried the Texas Brisket, BBQ chicken that was so tender it fell off the bone, and the sticky bones (deep fried St. Louis ribs). Delicious!
