Area 51 - CHIEVE

It is not the first time we go,quality of excellent products, friendly staff and if we want to eat well we come here. The weirdo.

We arrived at the club of Chieve a bit 'disoriented because from the sign it seems to get to a gym, while the entrance (better signalling is to the side. The room is wide and clean; the space is not missing. The menu is very varied but we were attracted to the Cremasco Tortello we love. We were not absolutely disappointed: as from tradition!!! Some of us have taken the appetizer that includes many tastes, from the meats to the typical Salva cremasco fritto a dadini and, in April, still a great cotechino with puré (of real potatoes. We managed to appreciate the desserts, with a cake based on delicious polenta flour. But the seconds... We didn't make it. At the level of food, maximum respect. The prices of individual dishes are very good. As always drinks are a little unknown.... An improvement? Mark the place better and move to the tablecloth in fabric. PS reading other reviews seemed to find maleduction and indifference: the girl who served the salt, instead, was very helpful, fast, kind and ready to explain the dishes. So... we'll go back to taste maybe a rabbit with polenta.

Eating on the average but the service(the 2 waiters) treat with maximum ignorance that they do not go anymore!!!! !

I was in this trattoria Friday 08/07 as it played a cover group of Pink Floyd, of which 3 out of 5 components are friends. Together with a colleague, having seen the event, we put on a table of 17 people (13 adults and 4 boys. Given that we were there especially for the group and that the eating and drinking was relative, however immediately (at 21.00 we noticed that the waiters were wrong to bring the orders (or in wrong amount than the 'ordinate or on the tray they carried orders also of other tables and did not know where to download them. Done is that, apart from having ordered 3 dishes of appetizers to spiluck something since we did not all come together, we made a 'only exit to head and the dessert we took it in 5/6...It is true, we drank a lot (6 bottles of prosecco, indefinite quantity of Spritz (15 approximately? and average beers (15 about? , but to justify a price of 41€ per person (boys included , it seems really exaggerated (of course the receipt, not even the shadow... Because at some point one of the waiters asked some of us if four boys behind our table were with us (probably these left without paying... , the doubt that we were also affected by their account we had. Without prejudice to the fact that it is also our fault not to have asked for the distinction of the due (although on a table from 17 it is difficult in any case to rebuild everything and relies on the honesty of the 'host and his collaborators', however, working for 23 years in a restaurant and turning for premises, I know very well as some cast in certain situations (as mentioned above, of the clashes not even the shadow but at least show me a pre-count not tax. . . Anyway, I don't want to make a question since there were also other people behind us who had to pay, I made the fool not to go to war (as well as other friends... and we paid the bill. At the request of a round of crews (for 5/6 people seen the disproportionate cost of the evening, there was offered 1/3 bottle of limoncello. Know that, if sometimes the customer does not recriminate, it does not mean that he does not notice that he was GABBATO. I'm sorry, but never before. More than dinner with killer dinner with smart 28 euro menus and we paid 39 euro per head, and then if the desserts are not included don't put them in the menu without price, this means cheating people. The food nothing exceptionally delicious fried spaghetti and crisps x 5 were x 2 servings. Never again...
