Pizza Hut - Chillicothe

I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Melt and it was amazing. However, they accidentally provided me with marinara sauce instead of buffalo sauce. It was a minor mistake, but the food was hot and fresh!

The triple chocolate brownie was so delicious that it made everything else seem bland in comparison. I would rate it a perfect 10/10!

I’m so glad to see Pizza Hut available on DoorDash! It has been our favorite for years, and our delivery person was fantastic! I was mowing the lawn when they arrived, so I was really happy I didn’t have to cook. The delivery person was very friendly too!

I ordered a large Pepperoni and cheese pizza but received a large cheese pizza. The cinnamon rolls were hard so couldn't eat but a few.

I would say that the customer service is excellent. Even though they couldn't find my order in their system, and I had their food in the container, they still issued a remake. I took away a star because my order was incorrect, but they handled the situation with ease and speed. Overall, a good Pizza Hut experience. Please consider staying open for dinner!
