The patty was done to a perfect medium on a standard bun. I had mine with lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo. Cheese options were American, Swiss and Pepper Jack; I went with pepper jack. The patty was seasoned well with good flavor and texture. It appeared to be a 1/3 lb patty. It didn't fall apart while eating it, the bun didn't quite fair as well.Overall, BEST BURGER IN TOWN.(Side note) This location is a bar as well. The staff and patrons were all very friendly to me, as well as my 10 year old daughter. If you don't want to stay and eat there; You can call in an order or get yours to go.(Side note 2) Parking is limited and can be confusing if you aren't familiar with the area. Park under the overpass, and cross the street.Parking: Parking is limited and can be confusing if you aren't familiar with the area. Park under the overpass, and cross the street.
Jarrod is a great bartender. My burger was great and lived up to Taylor's reputation. I will be back.
