Long wait, but worth it. steak cooked perfectly, great chili and ok sweet potato.

Everything was wonderful, the service was great, the food fantastic! Our server Kayla was very nice attentive. The people there are all very nice

It was good food we had a waitress that didn't do that great of a job. People that walk in after us got waited on quick but a waiter but ours didn't do a good job. She was slow didnt get all my order she offer to go have the grilled shrimp made but told her not to worry about it.

We ate at the Chillicothe location around 3:30pm today. The wait time was decent and we used the wait list feature on the app. We were seated almost immediately upon arrival. This location is usually extremely busy so that was a plus. The staff was very good. We ordered the potato skins for an appetizer, grilled chicken and vegetables, ribeye and loaded sweet potato, and chicken strips and loaded fries. The potato skins and grilled chicken were very over done and the marshmallow on top of the sweet potato was burned. Most of the time we have a very good meal at TR. This time was a swing and a miss. We brought our concerns to the manager, not as a complaint but as a concern. After all you can't fix things if you aren't aware of the problem. She was understanding and listened to our concerns. She did offer a coupon to use during our next meal which was nice, but we made it clear we were not looking for compensation. We will return and hopefully have a better experience next time.
