I can 't give up on DQ. It 's been one of my favourites since I was in high school, and they first came to Chilliwack. In a recent review I was upset because the meal was very disappointing. However, I 've visited twice since then, and have been delighted. Perhaps my past experience was on a bad day, but not the last two visits. Completely happy with service and food. The staff has always been great, never a problem there. They no longer have ketchup and salt in the little packets, but when you see the wastage on these items (most unused, left on the table, it too many taken to begin with, then discarded), you probably can guess why you have to ask.. Good going DQ, you 've got me back. Something else I might add, some other 'fast food, places serve the burger on a bun that becomes soft and falls to pieces in you hand,, but DQ does not seem to have this problem. Visit.

What the heck happened to this location?? It's gone from one of the best to not very good at all. Blizzards not mixed well both times as well as a peanut that got stuck in my straw on a strawberry milkshake. The burgers were so good until you downgraded them this past couple of years. Your staff are friendly except for one girl one time who gave me a bad look because I ask for NAPKINS. Dudes, I tried giving you several chances but I shall no longer. It's just not worth it.

DQ has always been a good choice, but no longer. Last visit a few days ago, and I had one of the worst burgers ever. Love the 'flamethrower, 'but not this one. Sloppily made. Remember your mom 's Mac and cheese, the side of the dish always had a crust of cheese you scraped off? Delicious, right? But not on a burger. I had to stop, and check I wasn 't trying to chew the paper that cheese slices are separated with. A companion had 'Cajun chicken strips. Now Cajun chicken should be hot, but not doused in hot sauce, so the chicken has lost its flavour, and all you taste is hot disaster. The young person at the counter was very pleasant, a credit to the business, but whoever was in the back making this disappointing meal, was either untrained, or didn 't care. It 'll be a while before I go again, if ever.
