Pho Xuan Chilliwack

Dined here and Pho Galaxy while visiting Chilliwack. I think I actually liked this place better than the highly rated Pho Galaxy. Big, open space to accommodate large groups but nice and quiet for our small family. Pleasant employees. Small bowl of pho ga was more than enough for me and the broth was good.

New owners still working out the kinks. We used to lunch here fairly regularly, came back to find a renovated dining room and new staff. Food was good, everything else was really awkward.

This restaurant was great, but it seems its changed ownership since I've been there. Food wasn't near as good and the service was terrible.

Online menu isn't up-to-date. attempted to order 3 times. Throwing out a wild suggestion here, update online menu for accuracy, ease and convenience of future customers.

I'm always interested in trying a new pho restaurant. I love it.We ordered take out the other night and I ordered the rare beef and brisket pho. The broth was very good and there was a good serving of beef slices in the soup.I would have given a better rating, but twice we asked for hot peppers in the order and was told twice in was in the order. It wasn't. Secondly, the noodles were bits and pieces and the broth luke warm; I had to reheat it for about 4 minutes in the microwave to make it hot. I'm used to eating pho, even take out, with noodles up to 12 long. There wasn't a single noodle longer than an inch.I'll give them a break because the soup was very good and it was take out after all. I'd like to try eating in to really evaluate them, but with several other excellent pho restaurants in town, it might be a while before I'm back.
