Don’t usually leave reviews but people need to be trained to do the bare minimum in customer service lady went the whole transaction nodding and glaring at me for seemingly no reason. I used to love Triple Os. How convenient to get really thick coated chicken fingers. However, in the last bit, they have changed their chicken and their coating on their fingers. The chicken was of a rubber type consistency and the coating scant and herbless or tasteless. My kid and I got 5 pieces and 3 pieces meal with onion rings, and it was 36$ for trash. The last time i spent a penny at Whitespot. Food: 1

This location has really gone downhill. New management? Ordered one chicken and one beef burger for takeout without mayonnaise or any sauces. Both delivered with a slathering of liquid , wet and soggy. The chicken had the consistency of rubber, really. Actually the entire meal was inedible. As I was on the go, I made the mistake of not checking the “food” before I left , so was unable to return for refund. The workers there as well , they’re hard to understand you and vice versa. This location has changed unfavourably to what it once was, and won’t reflect well on White Spot

Great food but absolutely worst place to go if you do not have time. They take 10 minutes just to give your food and the people working are rude with not a single ounce of kindness.
