They make fantastic spelt bread. We bought three types. Blueberry butterscotch, cherry cocao, and rye.

Great place to visit on a chilly day...hand crafted furnishings, large welcoming fireplace. Try one of their famous hot drinks...I like the hazelnut matte .... It's a simple menu but makes for uncomplicated ordering... the salads are very fine ...I regularly order the Deli Rose...prime rib on a bun with complimentary toppings...served with potato chips and the best dill pickle in town ;-)... prices are reasonable...nice addition to our town.

Run by a group called the 12 tribes of Israel, the food comes from the land, local and made on site. The soups are fantastic and the meals are wonderful. Even the potato chips are made there! Breads are made on site and the décor is very um...hippy..60's with macramé and lacquered branch artwork as well as timbers. The only drawback is that it is really busy at meal time and the parking is limited.

The food is amazing there. The store where you can buy your fresh baked breads, mate' and many other wonderful ingredients as well. They sell Jack and Audreys natural and organic soap in the shop which is the best soap I have ever used.
