Dairy Queen - Chilton

Once again, Chilton DQ has left us bewildered. The lack of communication on wait times, incorrect orders, and unexpected charges have made our experiences here frustrating. Tonight, they even tried to charge my daughter extra for a dipping sauce. The attitudes from the staff have been unacceptable. Despite wanting to give them another chance, we will not be returning to Chilton DQ.

This Dairy Queen is one of the few in the area that serves food, which is great. However, if you're feeling hangry or in a rush, you may want to skip this location. Every time I have come here for food over the past several years, they have taken their time, especially with just a chicken sandwich and fries. Sometimes the food doesn't even taste fresh. Are they plucking the feathers off the chickens in the back? Although it's fan food, not fast food, some of the workers move slower than molasses. I'm still giving this place 3 stars because I leave satisfied 3 out of 5 times, and it's hard to mess up ice cream. I will still come back, but next time I'll bring snacks and Netflix to pass the time during the wait. I'll be prepared.

The drive-thru service at this restaurant is terrible. I waited for more than 30 minutes and received food that was cold. There has been no improvement since I last gave it a chance last fall. I have no intention of going to this location again. 0 out of 10.

Believe me, if I could rate this place a 0 star I definitely would. My family and I went here and ordered online so when we arrived we would think that we would be able to just pick up our order inside because there a huge sign saying ?DINING ROOMOPEN!? but the door was locked so we had to wait in such a long line. It took us a half and hour to even get to the menu part sowe spent an hour at the drive thru. DONT COME HERE!

Not coming back after this experience. Chilton dairy queen for not having many customers this evening you ought to be embarrassed. Waiting over 20 minutes for 1 sandwich. I just left. Not playing your waiting game no more. Middle finger up!
