Chatties Lounge 1988 - Chincoteague

My boyfriend loves this bar. I must admit it has a friendly atmosphere and polite staff. The seafood is off the charts. Raw oysters are like no other, sweet and salty. Fresh fried flounder, stuffed flounder, clams all incredible. The fried flounder covered the entire plate. We also seen a great live band here on a Saturday night!!!! Definitely a hidden gem. Must try.

Great local joint. Service was fast and friendly. We just had beers but they make fresh drinks with squeezed orange and muddled drinks as well. The food menu is somewhat limited upstairs to sandwiches, soup and oysters. We had the flounder sandwich, one broiled and one blackened. Both were excellent.

Do not waste your time and money. Service is slow , not on the polite side. More like we are doing you a favor so sit down and enjoy your food that comes in a paper bag to go and in boxes. You then have to unwrap everything and enjoy the crab dip that was in a make believe container made out of aluminum foil. As for the **** Mary that was more like an old bay alchemy. Pure disappointment.

Local bar with open night. Beverages were good and service was friendly, although somewhat distracted.

After 8 o'clock so food was almost unexistent except pork sandwich, chicken salad, garden salad or tuna. The drinks were good, had a really good **** Mary. Live music was great.
