Wendy's - Chino Hills

Since this restaurant is close to my workplace, I decided to stop by and check it out. It’s undoubtedly one of the cleanest locations I've ever visited! The large windows allowed for plenty of natural light, creating a very inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and the person who served me, who I believe was the manager, was exceptionally nice! Now, let’s talk about the food. I ordered a Cobb salad and a small fry. I didn’t manage to snap a photo of my meal, but I was truly impressed. The ingredients were fresh, the bacon was straight from the pan, and the presentation was fantastic. I was too hungry to wait and dug in right away. The fries were delicious as well! I was honestly taken aback by the quality of this location and will definitely be returning.

They burned my burger. It's over cooked. They didn't put bacon . You hire kids; they're careless

I really enjoy this Wendy's location. Sometimes I wait here for my pickup orders. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I appreciate the free Wi-Fi for browsing. I don't understand why this Wendy's has such a low rating; it looks better than most. But that's just my opinion—everyone has their own preferences. Their Biggie Bag deals are fantastic!

This is undoubtedly the worst Wendy's I've ever been to! They never get my order right. I don't understand where they hire their staff, but I feel like everyone there needs to be let go.
