Cauldron Ice Cream Mini - Chino

I tried to go to this Cauldron location at 3 o'clock on a Saturday and there was nobody working there. I checked hours on yelp and google maps and both said open, got to the location and nobody was there and the display lights were off. Very disappointing!

Went there at 8:10 pm and no one was at the counter. All the shops near by seemed to be closed. They need to update their hours.

I think this location may be closed. The posted hours say they're open today, 1/2/22 at 1PM, we're here at around 2PM. Store front looks pretty dead.

I really like the ice cream here but took a star off because the service takes so much time and they ask me all these irrelevant questions. Feels like a lot of marketing up selling. If they would simply scoop the ice cream and tell me how much it costs I would be buying it more often. Don't like dealing with inefficiencies that waste my energy.

Staff were helpful and real friendly. Gave me a sample of their toppings because I was curious of what it tasted like. I got the family size for $8.75. That gives you up to four scoops. Plenty for one person. I got double sea salt caramel crunch(really liked this one), the caldron, and peaches and cream. Will be back soon.
