The female receptionist this morning had a bad attitude. It seemed that something had happened to her and she conveyed her anger at work to me, which made me not in a good mood to work all day. She seemed not suitable to be a receptionist.

Food is terrible I ordered a number two and did not come with lettuce I also ordered a teriyaki bowl for my son and the chicken was cold and also asked for teriyaki sauce and said they did not have and and me and my son saw there was teriyaki sauce so I don't recommend this jack in the

It is reasonably good the service is reasonably good prices are a little better than competitive. I just have the jack tacos but there wasn't a place below to market. Jack also has very good coffee for a fast food place.

Parking: There is pretty good parking it's just cramped into a small area and a little hard to navigate when rush hour hitsWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible from the back where parking area is
