The sandwiches were tasty, but felt pricey for what they offered. Be sure to eat them right away while the baguettes are still crispy; otherwise, they’ll lose their texture quickly.
The cold coffee here is delicious, but for $6, I expect my cup to be filled to the brim with actual coffee instead of mostly ice. It's frustrating that the drink is mostly ice in multiple servings. When I asked for extra coffee, they told me they couldn’t give me more. As someone who loves coffee, I wish they would allow for a more generous serving.
I’m finished. I paid $14.48 for a sandwich and a large coffee, and honestly, the sandwich is small and thin. You could get a shrimp burrito and a soda for $5 less.
I love Lee's sandwiches and go to their different locations for years. This place could have been better, so I give them a 2/5 rating. The cashier on the front was looking for male and Latin, and while he seemed friendly and nice, he didn't seem to understand me? ... Maybe it was my mask. But I spoke loud? Anyway, I ordered #12 vegetarians without jalapeños, and the sandwich came with Jalapeños. All right, I took them out easily. But the thing is, I had to say #12 three times and I said vegetarians every time, and first he thought I said #23 and then #43?... I told him I'm vegetarian and if I could get the vegetarian #12. Maybe he was somewhere else that day. Waiting time was long, 30 minutes to get the sandwich. My cousins who were also ordered were given very little meat on their sandwiches... and the sandwiches were not halved (usually they are when we order them... maybe we need to ask them in the future if they can cut the sandwich). The bread tasted a little hard and not as fresh as other Lee's sandwiches. The staff seemed a good time to work there, but we can laugh a lot of fun and listen to chatter what is great! But I wish our food was made with more attention to detail and there was a better customer service, that's all. Parking was terrible, it was so crowded, but this is nothing to do with Lees. Hopefully next time I come back, it will be a better experience!
Their sandwiches are very expensive now, but they're not bad. I only rate it 1 star because the girl at the counter told me that I'd get fresh 10' baguette for 2$ each; however, they only reheat the day old baguette and gave them to me. I've worked as a baker before so I know which bread are fresh and which are not. Don't lie if you're serving food.
