Olive Garden Italian - Chino

This wasn't my first experience with Olive Garden, but it was my first visit to this particular location. Unfortunately, it was disappointing! I’m giving it two stars solely for the Olive Garden brand, not for this restaurant. I understand that prices have risen, but it's unacceptable to increase prices while sacrificing both the quality and quantity of the food. Just take a look at the salad I received—such a large bowl was a complete waste!

The restaurant is kept very clean, and the ambiance is both classy and relaxing. Our waitress, Annesa, provided exceptional customer service and was always smiling. The food arrived quickly and hot, leaving this happy family with no complaints at all.

The server was excellent, and the food had great flavor! I had fried eggplant and spaghetti for lunch. The spaghetti was fairly standard—not bad, but nothing extraordinary. However, the fried eggplant was absolutely delicious! I also loved their salad; it was a generous portion! I highly recommend this place.

Valery provided an outstanding experience during our visit—definitely the best we've had here! She prepared our salad exceptionally well and has such fantastic energy. Valery is great at connecting with people. Keep up the fantastic work, Valery. You're truly the best! Although our tip isn't reflected here, we left her a $19 tip. If I had the means, I would have given her even more. Thank you, Valery! I hope you come across this message, and we look forward to seeing you again soon. Always ask for Valery when you visit!

Olive Garden is one of my favorite Italian restaurants, and this particular location stands out as my favorite. The staff is consistently friendly, and the service is excellent. Every time I visit, the servers are polite and attentive to all my needs. As a bigger guy who drinks a lot of water, I judge great service by how quickly my cup gets refilled, and I’m never kept waiting long here. Thank you for the outstanding service and, of course, for the delicious food!
