Location can't be more perfect ! Just by the main road opposite the carpark so you won't missed it! Next to the entrance of château chinon. Staff Pierre speaks excellent English and very friendly and helpful. Provide information regarding the wine we tried.. Food we ordered the mushroom ham bruschetta, comes with side salads. So well marinated that everything just melts in the mouth! Dessert chocolate tarte with rhubarb ice cream so yummy.. I attached a few photos for reference.. Great service. We just had a fee wines and a beer and a sandwich. They smiled. What more can you ask for?

Beautiful surroundings, welcoming interior and a good stock of Chinon wines of Joguet plus a wider variety from around the Loire. We had a brilliant tutored tasting with terroir varieties covered including sandy, clay and gravel soils all producing different wines from a single vintage. Not the cheapest Chinon wines but possibly the best!
