In order to improve the dining experience, the restaurant staff should work on better organization and timing of food delivery to tables. Meals should be brought out around the same time, rather than 10 minutes apart. When I inquired about this issue, I received an unnecessary cooking lesson.

I love the coffee at this restaurant, but unfortunately, out of the dozen times I have visited, my order has never been made correctly. I simply asked for a Large Long Black with cold milk, but I have received a plain long black, a small long black, or even a latte with too much milk. It's frustrating to see such a simple order consistently messed up in various ways. I hope they can improve on getting the orders right in the future.

The service at this café is top-notch, with efficient and friendly staff. The décor is pleasant, providing a nice escape from the hustle of shopping. However, the only downside is the repetitive background music played by the manager/owner. It seems like they have a fixation on the same old songs, particularly a Kenny G album, which can get monotonous and dull, unless you enjoy elevator or shop mall music from the 1970s. Unfortunately, this music choice has put me off from returning to this place.

We stayed in a nearby hotel and stayed for their delicious coffee/shadow drinks. I love the Mocha Latte!
