Incredible service from Erbs and Gerbs. Ordered delivery through DoorDash and the driver ended up storming out when the store was out of a meat and had to reach out to make a substitution. The store ended up calling us to let us know about the altercation and not only refunded us but also delivered the order with an apology note themselves. Great work from the crew on 10/14/2023.
