Holiday Inn Express Suites Eau Claire North, An Ihg

Amazing experience! The breakfast was delicious, significantly better than at some other Holiday Inn Express locations. We'll definitely be back! As traveling photographers, we stay in a lot of hotels and greatly value good service at a reasonable price, especially since we often work within a tight budget.

**Rooms:** The accommodations are very clean. In the standard two-queen room, you’ll find amenities like Wi-Fi, an ironing board, an iron, a TV, a refrigerator, and a microwave. **Nearby Activities:** There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the vicinity, but downtown Chippewa Falls is also a few miles away. **Walkability:** The hotel is not in a walkable area; you’ll need transportation to access various locations. **Food and Drinks:** There’s a good selection of snacks available for purchase. The complimentary breakfast features many options, including eggs, sweet potatoes, ham, cereal, fruit, and juice. Breakfast is served from 6:00 to 9:30 AM, so it’s best to arrive before 9:30, as everything is put away shortly after that time.

Since we didn’t leave the room for a few days, I also noticed that this hotel chain has completely banned Fox News from all their TVs. It was shocking. While CNN and CNBC came through clearly, I found it surprising that a hotel would engage in censorship. While I’m not deeply interested in politics, I do like to stay informed. Censorship is never acceptable, and because of this experience, I’ve decided not to stay at any hotel owned by this company again. Now I know better.

Our youth hockey team stayed for a tournament. Price was great. The manager Mike B. was fantastic. All the staff super friendly. Rooms and hotel were 5 star. Wish all hotels were this nice especially at the price point.Rooms: 5/5

Great place to stay! Overall had a great nights rest and a wonderful breakfast. Real spacious is you enjoy that. A pretty good view as well. Everything is great and overall I really enjoyed it. Great place to stay the night!!!
