Subway - Chippewa Falls

The lettuce had a delicious earthy taste, but the green peppers were bitter. The pickles were sour and the atmosphere between the employees was tense. They were rushing customers through the ordering process, not allowing us to finish our order before moving on. Frustrated, we left and went to McDonald's where we were treated with respect. We will not be returning to this Subway again and will be giving our business to Jimmy John's or Erbert and Gerbert's instead.

I would rather choose Jimmy John's or make my own lunch meat from Walmart than go to Subway. They are charging too much for what they offer.

The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, what more can you ask for? Plus, it's underground!

After a long day we decided to get subs for me and my engaged, placed a mobile job and picked up and went home. we open the back and she grabs her bottom only for the half of it to slide on the floor because it was not properly packed. I feel so frustrated

If I could rate a 0 I would at this point. And I'm doing this hopefully so it doesn't happen to others. I know fast food isn't the ideal job, but if your not ready to follow proper hygiene you shouldn't be working with food ! So we stopped tonight for a quick dinner and while placing our order at the drive through there was a young man taking out garbage. Turns out he was also the cashier. So I asked him if he washed his hands after doing garbage and he told me no. I told him he was not going to get my card until I saw him wash his hands. At first he had a grin on his face like it was a joke but the second I told him my kitchen background it wasn't funny anymore. Never be sorry for asking someone to wash their hands . It's your food !
