Last night we went and got acai and there was only one other person that ordered before us. The girl making the acai bowls was making the bowls for 5 minutes at a time. We ordered 2 acai bowls and she initally gave us the other persons order, asked if we ate from it and then gave it to the other person. We ordered them with no bananas and no peanut butter, we received them with both peanut butter and bananas. We could not ask for new ones to be made as then we would have to watch her make them again at a snails pace. To top it off there were friends of hers that came to have a chat and she was unable to multitask and spoke to them for 5 minutes whilst she was making our order. On another note, why do the toppings have white on them? Anyway, do not recommend

What Annalise moussa left out in her negative review was the fact that her order wasn’t ready nor was it called. the lovely girl at the front called out an order which clearly excluded ingredients Annalise left out meaning it was the person before her who’s order was ready. However if Annalise feels it’s better to leave a review as if the lovely young girl at the front went out of her way to ruin her night rather then consider she got up and took the wrong order that’s on her : Ps. Please bring back the Dragon fruit soft sorbet. Customer service is amazing. Got açaí the other day and the ladies serving is lovely. Very welcoming and quick considering the machine takes quite a while to restart after every use.

Had a fantastic experience at this pizza shop. Their cheese pizza is our go-to choice, boasting perfect cheese and crust. Service was top-notch, making both dine-in and take-out equally enjoyable. This place is a hidden gem! We're not locals and happened to drop by and both of us were served by friendly staff. Portions are extremely well valued for how much you get and they were very generous with toppings. Halloumi manoosh and meatlovers pizza we got were both delicious, fresh and came out quickly. Definitely dropping by again to try different things and the breakfast items next time. Thank you! Service: Dine in

Worst experience this morning, and I'm usually here once or twice a month. Service was horrible the two people on, chatting amongst themselves saw me and continued before even serving me or acknowledging me, the guy did that too several customers after me aswell. He was rude, very slow service 25min for 3 manoosh, it was only my order plus an unber order to be made, turns out the girl stuffed up one of them and I had to wait with no apology, no explanation, I happened to overhear them speaking about it while an uber order plus two walkins got their food before mine. I have waited 25min before on a very busy Saturday morning which was perfectly fine for me as the food was amazing and service was great but for a quiet morning and to have rude staff, and food wasnt upto the usual standard, it was quite disappointing. Zataar with labne veggies was overcooked and extremely dry which not sure how that happens and also was missing olives and very small drizzle of labne, went back to add the missing olives no apology, the guy told me comes with Cucumber, Tomato Olives which I'm aware as its my usual order, I told him does it look like theres olives? Got no apology just took the box fixed it and gave it back to me. Think service needs working on and also checking orders before handing them out.
