Although it is a chain, Ikinari Steak is straight ahead, No-No-Nonsense, good steak at any weight you want. 350g medium sized tenderloin covered against/hire steak here can make my day if thin slices of yakiniku don't do it for me. Pro tip for those with maps: If you come with someone who wants the same cut as you, combine the weight for your order and only cut in half - they will even give you an additional small plate to share.
