Garrigione slow food, cozy hosts, of high quality, although I expected better the first dishes. also the selection of wines has been contained.
Sublime. restaurant with great attention to the products, selected and cared for. very good dishes, each dish is well-kept and presented, but above all it has a history. each ingredient has been carefully selected, following slow food philosophy. personal to and praise: friendly and helpful, but above all competent. the waiters were able to present the menu with competence and with real passion. plentiful portions, experience to recommend. price in line with quality. recommended for those who want to get their tastes and learn about the territory and culture of the place
Slow food osteria closed, recognized among the best osterie d'italia. built in a period residence in the center, right on a lovely square, we enter and we are greeted with extreme sympathy and hospitality. very nice also the fact that some dishes are served and presented by the chef and sommelier tiziana tacchi, creator of this reality. good and special dishes, which are certainly not found in other premises. during the meal we appreciated how all the carry and raw materials used were explained to us, including the history of the bread that we serve. It is not the typical tavern we expected but it was a beautiful discovery. compliments for the excellent quality of raw materials
