I had the pleasure to rent a house near moniques bakery. as a brotmacher myself, I usually don't buy brot, but one day I was too lazy to bake as hot here and discovered her sourdough boules and long lists of different. brote are irresistible. dátil is one of my favorites. When I picked up the brot, I discovered this little oasis. my children clamot to stay when they saw the crooked and jars chalk, so we ordered breakfast and it was delish like the kombucha- and yes, this place even turned me into a kombucha trinker! I never thought I'd see the day, but hey my fit was never happier, so here we are. their delivery is just as good and we love that they come in compostable boxes.

Monique’s bakery is my absolute favorite place in mérida. It is the perfect place for a cozy family brunch or a weekday breakfast/lunch. the pizza is the best in the city, eating is imaginatiw and I love the slow eating concept. I get my sourded and kombucha. to take home every week. also must add that I will be blown away, how serious they use the community during the corona virus pandemic.

Eating, attention, everything is simply amazing! one of those places that really turn into their long-term favorites! define the best pizzas I had in my whole life!

Excellent brote, nuts, sandwiches, fresh fruit or vegetable juices, etc. Healthy/gluten-free/organic, vegan/vegetarian friendly, pet-friendly. they even have yoga in the morning before the breakfast gets there. service is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. sitting outdoors under large sunshades in a very quiet part of the city. they not only bake their own brot, they make their own kombucha tee, yogurt, and kefirs, ricotta cheese, etc. they grind their own flour and make their own sourdough beginning. excellent and healthy food.

The food, the attention, everything is just amazing! one of those places that really turn into your long term favorites! definitely the best pizzas i've had in my entire life!
