Papa Johns Pizza

They clearly don't know how to make pizza or get the order right. Employees need to be retrained. The service is the worst!

You should try the gluten free pizzas! Great service! Very fast. Very nice staff.

Finally my First Papa Johns Pizza, close to my house, figured what the Heck !!!Not bad for $15.00 for a medium pepperoni, not a fan of the Garlic Dip, so I trashed that.Only issue is , I just not a fan of the bottom of the pizza, tasting like the oven, that greasy, dirty oven smell and taste, hard to explain, and to taste.I 'll pass on another one.

I ordered food late at night, of course mindful of the fact that it could take longer, still they said it would take 32 minutes. I never got the pizza because they took too long and my gated community closes the front gates after 11:00 and the delivery guy could not for the love of good follow simple instructions on how to get to the other gate. We were on call with the guy for over ten minutes and he somehow managed to go further away from the entrance.

Found approximately 8-9 short, dark brown hairs with clipped ends in my pizza. I 've pulled these out and put them in the white box for contrast. I have much longer black hair--these are not mine. I actually *ate* this pizza last night in a dim room, when I came home exhausted from work. Today, I went to heat up a piece in my bright kitchen and noticed all the hair--literally on both pizzas, nearly every piece. First, the manager Juan, asked me to take a photo, which I did. Then he said because their employees wear hairnets it couldn 't have been their fault. Also, I didn 't call them to report this yesterday, so there 's nothing they can do. Also, he wasn 't the closing manager yesterday, so not his problem. When I challenged him on that, he asked me to drive the pizzas back in as proof. Are you serious? I 'm not trying to get free food--I 'm trying to report a health hazard to a business. Completely revolting: both the food and behavior of management. Eat at your own risk...or if you have pica and like to eat human hair.P.S. isn 't asking me to drive their messed up pizza back reverse-delivery? I 've never heard of that! Papa John 's--innovating new ways to suck.
