Feedback gevenThe staff at this restaurant seem unhappy and unresponsive. It took an extremely long time to receive service, even though there were only a few customers. It's unclear why the service is so slow here. Many customers are voicing their dissatisfaction with the poor customer care, lack of staff, and quality of service at Costa. As a result, more people are choosing to support local coffee shops over Costa. Costa should take note of this trend and invest in training their staff to improve their service.
It's a Costa with easy access on a retail site, somehow it lacks the normal Costa experience.
Nice baps. Coffee good. Too busy so no tables cleared. But of a mess.
Service is shocking. Over charged and lost money. Awful customer service. Recommended driving down the road to a nicer costa.
The gentleman serving behind the till, would seem to have a large attitude problem. I asked for 2 large latte and asked if they did they did flavours? He gave one word answers, no. When he had finished making them, he just put them down and asked card or cash. He was very abrupt no please, sorry or thank you. He needs to go back for more training in customer facing.
