Prezzo Christchurch

The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and Saskia was a joy! Unfortunately, I am unable to leave a review using the Prezzo form because I no longer have my receipt with the 12-digit survey code. Come on Prezzo, make it simpler! Saskia was both welcoming and efficient, and Manny was attentive and quick. Thank you to the team for a wonderful evening. The pizza and pasta were outstanding, and the garlic bread and prawns were as delicious as ever!

My husband and I had a meal at this restaurant and were seated outside due to the lovely weather. The waitress took our order without taking any notes, which made us nervous as mistakes are often made in this situation. The starters and main courses arrived quickly. When asked if we wanted anything else with our mains, I requested some Parmesan cheese, only to be told it was already included and melted. My husband then asked for some and the waitress rudely went to get it. This made me feel uneasy. It took a long time for our dishes to be cleared, even after being passed by the table multiple times. We finished with a pudding and decided to pay inside. My husband noticed the manageress and waitress talking, possibly about us, as one of them put her finger to her lip as if to silence the conversation. The food was tasty, but the service was lacking.

Service was great from welcoming to table service. The food was nice and not bad meal was had. Food came out without delay. Spacing to tables was good. I would go back. Just plan time from car parks to arrive on time is my only tip.

This restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and offers great value for money. The staff are lovely and the food is delicious, with beautiful decorations adding to the ambiance. It is unfortunate that the restaurant is closing, as it has always been a popular choice for celebrating birthdays and special occasions. A big thank you to Jane and the rest of the staff for the wonderful memories.

I am absolutely amazed that someone somewhere has made the mistaken decision to close this restaurant. We have been coming here for many years due to the personal touch and the attention that the staff give their guests. This branch of the branded chain should have been their flagship , although smaller than other branches, it's given customers a valued customer service beyond expectations. I have visited other Prezzo sites and have been very disappointed with the lack of customer care skills and the clinical atmosphere endured. The brand seems to be going backwards with the closure of this branch and unfortunately I don't believe that I will be visiting another Prezzo again. We, once again had a great meal and exceptional service tonight... For the last time at Prezzo.
