Feedback gevenThis is not the best run Chipotle, having been to numerous locations in several states... the food has never been bad here..but the presentation, so speak, doesn 't pop when you look at the food prep line. Each time I 've went in, the rice is almost empty/dried out..the meats look like they 've been sitting in the warmers for quite a while..and each time I 've been, the lettuce is anything but fresh. You get what you pay for, so it is what it is. In fairness to this location..their location kills them business wise right now, which in turn affects the previously mentioned... I hope things improve for them, as the marketplace opens up, and the overall flow improves.*update* while I don 't typically frequent the blacksburg locations, this location still leaves much to be desired, in my opinion. Probably won 't eat at this location again.Update 2-2-24 this is the worst run Chipotle I 've ever experienced. I 've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, after having been disappointed on numerous occasions...would literally recommend any restaurant in Christiansburg, other than here. I can only assume that ownership doesn 't care, or they would make some changes..as this has gone on for some time now. Never again.
This place just doesn't have it together like other Chipotle restaurants. We ordered ahead and they did not include several of the ingredients in our orders, on top of sending us home with our large quesso but no chips. This is not the first time they've disappointed us. I see they only have three stars.........this review isn't going to help change that.
I bet this is the worst Chipotle restaurant in the US. Haven't eaten there in over a year because they NEVER have chips. Tried again tonight and low behold--NO CHIPS. Not only that, but our entire order was completely wrong. No fajita veggies (guess they were out of that too!! , no queso cheese, wrong rice, etc. Chipotle sucks!!!!!
This Chipotle is always out of ingredients. Tonight at 6pm they didn’t have white rice, black beans, and pico de gallo. It’s always something .The meats look very old, dry, and there was no fresh meat being cooked. The assembly station was very dirty and covered in ingredients. Frequently, the dining room is dirty- food on all the tables, floor, and napkins/utensils are out. When it was new, I chalked it up to management figuring out supply. Then it was post pandemic and again figured it was supply lines getting back on track. There really isn’t any excuse for the poor management of this franchise location anymore. The staff turnover seems high.
Ordered to have my chipotle ready in the fast lane by 6:20. We had to sit in the lane for 40 extra minutes and they didn't even have all the items we ordered. When we asked for a refund we were told to call a 1 800 number. ON TOP OF THAT THE PERSON ON THAT NUMBER'S PHONE KEPT BREAKING UP. We couldn't understand them enough to even get a refund. This place always has awful service! I'll be making the extra 5 miles to go to Moe's from now on ???
