The carnitas at this restaurant are the best I've ever had! Even though I have to drive from Monterey to get them, they are definitely worth the trip. If you're looking for delicious carnitas, this is the place to go.

This restaurant serves the best carnitas I have ever had. My father, who has since passed away, used to take me here when I was a young boy. Now, I bring my own children here and they love it just as much as I do. It's been a local favorite for over 30 years, with delicious carnitas that are always a hit. The restaurant is conveniently located near the freeway, making it easy to get to. It's also great for truckers, with plenty of parking available. The atmosphere is family-friendly and welcoming. Definitely a must-visit for anyone in the area.

Best carnitas ever had till this day, my Dad ?, rest in peace, brought me here when I was young boy, and now I bring my kids here and they really enjoy it as much as I do, local spot for many year s, 30+ years of enjoying delicious ? carnitas, easy on and off freeway access, if your a trucker must check out.

This restaurant is very authentic, the staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious. We tried the buche taco based on a recommendation from a regular customer and were very satisfied. The tacos and burritos were excellent, especially since mine was customized without rice.

The best kept secret in the Central Coast as far as I'm considered when it comes to MASA I know I know when Charritos stop doing it we were all devastated and we all thought the only option was another bakery on the other side of town. Showed up and the line was blocks and blocks long and I would never wait that long and my hubby reminded me of the place in Chular that his customers told him about and we were off! 10 minutes from Salinas and right off the highway super easy to get to. When we arrived there was a abuelo sitting there munching some pan drinking coffee (reminded me of my grandpa so much) he helped us with a smile and some of the best masa ever, that was 3 years ago and we've been back ever since. I appreciate them their kindness and love he puts into the masa you can tell. My hubby is always quick to remind us that he saved Christmas lol and honestly he did! I don't know what I would have done without knowing about this place I know some people might be like damn this girl is crazy about the masa but see this is our PROUD family tradition and now the wonderful man at la fiesta is a part of our family tradition so yeah. I'm so so thankful for this place and look forward to many years more
