Feedback gevenWorst experience ever! Order a sandwich while on my 30 min lunch. Took it back to office with me to eat it and the entire sandwich was messed up. Paid for extra cheese and asked for it to be toasted. There was no cheese at all on it and it was not toasted. The sandwich had so much sauce on it that I couldn't even eat it. I asked for a refund and apparently I can only get a refund if I return the sandwich. I did not eat the sandwich and was forced to dig it out of the trash in order to get my refund. I will never go back to subway. Do yourself a favor and go to Jimmy John's!!!!
Thank you for the great service and kind 2 gentlemen that helped me today 2/16 around 12:50. I didn’t catch their names! I saw you guys are short staffed as a customer it’s good to know these things because if you don’t want to wait then you can turn around. The two men in line behind me I want to apologize for, for their horrid behavior and them making fun of one of your employees. I didn’t know the guys behind me but I felt so bad for the guys working that day! I hope they understand to refuse service to people like them! Our sandwiches was great, great customer service!
I’ve been to this subway a couple times before and haven’t had any issues. However, I placed an order online last night, I ate half and it was okay. I was eating the other half today, I get about half way through it and I pull out a string! A 6-7 inch string. Disappointed is an understatement. Disgusting. Do better!!

It’s always a five star experience when I go to the one in Chubbuck, Idaho Aaron he is very very consistent and very good with customer service Jenna. She’s very professional and always consistent Stephen he’s very very kind and very professional. Definitely have five star experience every time I go in there.
