The experience was honestly disappointing. The food isn't that great, and it's overpriced. There are plenty of other Japanese restaurants that offer better quality at a lower price. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

I grew up eating here. I’ve been living in Chula Vista for 22 years of my life and Bento never fails to amaze me. This astonishing establishment deserves to be recognized. The employees ensure their customers are taken care of and always have a positive attitude. My favorite sushi rolls are the Tuna X Tuna and the Lemon Cilantro. I’ve tried many rolls in my lifetime but no one does it like Bento. They know how to do it right every single time! As far as ramen, I usually get the Spicy Garlic bomb. Every bite is an explosion of flavor. Just make sure you keep a pack of mints with you after or you’ll scare people away! I recently ordered the 12 piece Fire Dust Karaage with a side of spicy mayo and that was probably the juiciest chicken I’ve ever tasted it. It’s like it was wet! I wish nothing but the best for their business. This restaurant holds a very special place in my heart. 5 stars for me!
