How can you be this organized? You write down a name and then you write down what the person ordered and yet, you're still calling out the wrong names and forgetting orders. Once we finally received the food the quality was subpar for San Diego standards. Greasy, lowest quality meat. If you're considering hiring this food truck for your event I'd definitely give them a pass. Even if they don't mess up the food is completely uninspiring.

It was a pleasure working with Juan from Frida's Cocina Food Truck. They responded promptly to all communication before the event, and he arrived in plenty of time to get set up before the event began. He was professional and friendly, and gave great service. One of the other food trucks we had booked never showed up, but Frida's Cocina and the other truck that came both brought enough extra food that they were still able to serve our crowd of 900 without a problem. And we really appreciate the donation that he gave back to our school! We would definitely work with him again in the future.

I have used Frida's for a number of events. The team is accomodating, the food is delicious (the mini flan Elsa made for dessert was especially amazing). Typically we go with tacos and they are always a hit! I strongly recommend Frida's and Elsa.

Frida's Cocina catered my wedding at Milagro Farm Winery on September 1, 2018, and they did an exceptional job! I started communicating with Elsa about my preferences about nine months in advance, and they truly delivered. The salmon and fish tacos were outstanding, and they also created a fantastic vegetarian taco with grilled vegetables that was a hit! Given the quality of what they offer, their prices are unbeatable. They were very accommodating and worked within my budget. Everyone at the wedding loved the food and nobody left hungry. The three tacos served were generous in size, and with chips, salsa, beans, and rice, even the hungriest guests were satisfied. The beverages and appetizers were delicious as well. We opted for a jicama salad that was both vegan and vegetarian-friendly, along with ceviche, both served in adorable plastic cups. The team at Frida's was very professional throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them for weddings! Thank you, Frida's Cocina, for making my special day even more memorable!

I waited an incredibly long time for a taco, and it turned out to be disappointing. The tortilla was hard and clearly reheated, and the food didn't taste fresh at all. To top it off, they still didn’t get my order right. Definitely the worst choice.
