Little Caesars Pizza - Chula Vista

Not a great experience on the weekend. I placed an order for 6:50, but it's now 7:24 and my food hasn’t arrived. There’s no staff visible in front of the restaurant, and around 20 customers are waiting as well. When I requested a refund, they refused to assist. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I placed my order in advance, but it was ready 20 minutes late, and unfortunately, it was burned. What's the purpose of online ordering and selecting a pickup time if my food isn't ready when I arrive? I had ordered earlier so I could plan for a delayed service, considering my limited lunch break. It’s really frustrating!

Fantastic pizza at fantastic prices! We really appreciate how quickly we can get pizza when the teenagers are hungry. The app is also great—simple and user-friendly, making ordering a breeze!

We order lunch special, deep dish personal pizza and a 20oz drink. Pizza has 4 slices. Really good pizza and deal.

Literally waited almost an hour for one pizza! Ridiculous! This location is horrible, seems to have no management on site every time I come! Never again, Save yourself time and stress!
