Feedback gevenContinues to be the worst McDonalds, which no hint of improvement since I began patronizing this location a year ago. 9 of 10 times I am told to park and wait which averages 10-15 minutes and then my order is often incorrect. Not managed well, plenty of workers available but not utilized or lazy. I've left numerous complaints via McDonald's survey but as I mentioned no improvements made.
If I could give them less than one star I would. They need to be trained properly. I wanted to get something else to substitute my drink as I don’t drink soda and I was straight out told no. Shame as I will no longer come to this location.
Thank you Amore (night shift) for your excellent customer service. She had a smile on her face and very welcoming and helpful! I asked her for tea they ran out she went out of her way to make more without me asking! She is definitely an asset to the company.
$20 for one meal here and even a drink upcharge for a regular combo. The staff was nice but my Big Mac just tasted like pure bread. Regular drinks here are basicly a few Ounces bigger than a water cup. Mc Donald's is going downhill fast.
Wow this place is the slowest drive-thru in America!! So slow I was able to write this review. Not only are they slow they get orders wrong. I would say out of my weekly orders they get 4 out of the 5 wrong. I already had a mistake today with my happy meal order. And it's consistent. I think some of the staff have difficulty with understanding orders!! And it's always different supervisors and managers. I think this McDonald's is a training McDonald's! The ambiance is clean it's just the customer service. And I don't like it when staff take their breaks inside the restaurant cause they record customers on their tik tok! I've seen them! Just wrong. Be safe!
