My sandwich was delicious!!! I consider that the waiting time is fair but if you are in a hurry buy something already prepared somewhere else or be aware that it is a restaurant... Food: 5

The cashier serves you in a bad way... The glasses in front of them make payment very complicated because the cashier is short. What I consumed was an almond crossain, they give it to you crushed, they heat it up so you don't realize that it is old bread and not freshly made... I asked the manager and he told me that they are all like that.... It's not the first time I have consumed delicious bread in this place but now I was totally disappointed... The hot cappuccino coffee was more than cold. And obviously the taste of old... Super disappointed in this place... I hope they review both the staff and the food because in general it is delicious to eat at Kayser... But today I'm definitely leaving disappointed and with a very bad taste in my mouth
I find it incredible that in this place a sandwich costs “$240” and they can't give you a glass of water!!!! They say they are not allowed it, but it is ILLEGAL and to report to PROFECO that they deny you a glass of water because they say that is why they “sell bottles” UNACCEPTABLE.
If you have the opportunity to visit this restaurant, I recommend skipping it. They continue to offer 24 hour service when the kitchen closes at 10:00 pm and once there is a problem they do not go out of their way to see how they can solve it. Yesenia Cervantes (if that is her real name) did nothing but repeat that the kitchen was already closed. and that he couldn't do anything. Let's see, if they are selling salads with frozen lettuce and pieces of INEDIBLE chicken, at least out of courtesy they offer something, there is literally another mayson at the entrance to the airport and they didn't bother to check if they had a salad there that they could offer me, immediately their solution was to offer me a bread the only other option available that looked the same or worse than the salad but that they at least bother to heat up.. No, everything is bad, better they close completely at 10 pm to be selling pure misery, poorly made and with incompetent people like Yesenia nothing is better. They save electricity! I ended up returning everything and asking for my money back.
