You have a separate vegan menu (and another gluten/lactose-free) that was automatically provided with the regular menu when I was there. There is a good selection of vegan options and I really like it to veganize two local Swiss dishes from this region. The Chili Sin Carne was well seasoned with lots of vegetables and chickpeas.
Great mix of local and Mexican dishes.
