Coast House Grill - Chwilog

We were very dissapointed following our visit to Coast House. Once seated our server came and introduced himself and said he'd come back to take our order but that was the last we saw of him. We say and waited a long time to order and even then we had to flag down a member of staff to take the order. The starters we had were stone cold, and the mains came out whilst we were still eating the starters. The burgers to be fair were actually really nice, and I think the starters would have been if they were actually warm! Definitely wouldn't return though, and wouldn't recommend.

1 star is too much, they need a half a star rating on it, this is our £4 bowl of chips?? A waiter called Abby was very disrespectful and the service to bring food out was slow, they stood there all talking as food was piling up under the light the only nice thing here was my drink. Service unfortunately was rather poor. Took forever bringing our drinks out to the point food came quicker. An item was undercooked which they knocked off bill. When clearing our table they gave up half way until we had to ask somebody to come and finish the job. Last dined here in 2021 and it was fab so seems as though standards have dropped unfortunately. Don’t be fooled by the nice aesthetics, took half an hour to come take our order and over an hour to get our food very unstaffed and food cooked and left waiting on the counter to be served wouldn’t recommend if your kids are hungry Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
