Verve Pie - Cibolo

I was skeptical of plant-based pizza, but dang was this tasty! We got the everything bagel pizza, and the crust alone blew me away. The margarita was HUGE and delicious. I will definitely be back. :D

So glad to have a place in the neighborhood with gluten free and dairy free options pretty environment and yummy too The pecan pie ice cream is comparable to the pecan at the scoop but this one is GF

I must say that I am rather impressed with this restaurant. It's so rare to find a plant-based restaurant between San Antonio and Austin, and so happy to know this exists! We specifically came here to try their ice cream flight and I love that they have such unique flavors to offer, even flavors that you wouldn't think complement each other. The setting interior also gives this place so much personality, the calm colors, a touch of modern, and a plant wall. They even have a great taste in music. It's one of those places that I would come thru and host an event here. They even have a bar! Love it. I will definitely come here again to try their pizza and other goodies from their menu.

The bianca with some olives... chefs kiss! This pizza was amazing! The cheese is very very creamy and the balsamic vinegar was an amazing choice! I do wish them the best of luck with their business and I wish I lived closer to this location!

We just stopped in for some ice cream, it was pleasantly nice for a non-vegan/vegetarian. Pizza looked and smelled good, but will wait until another time. Their location will be a challenge for them but don't be turned off by the cuisine, its worth a try for all diets.
