Feedback gevenRude men try to hurry. repeated my order 3 times and they still have it wrong. not even halfway into the door and they scream to them to submit their order. they will be crazy if they want to watch the menu and have a setting if they do not respond to Spanish.
The first time in 7 years I went to dunkin donuts. the girl screams behind the counter. it will take to place their order! they come to find out this line was for those who wait to pick up their purchase. there were 2 of us who had to give up our order. So the girl went around and didn't do anything that made sense. when the busy guy was finished with his job, he ran to take our commands, 5 minutes later. I'm finally putting up my order. in 3 hours later, their evil coarse donuts are as hard as a rock. I finally remember why I hate dunkin donuts. nothing seems fresh, nothing seems good to taste and it costs more than it is worth. they go to the top, there is a bakery on 63. opposite the high school. best darn donuts they find (their cakes and other items I don't have a fan of). *the photo had the dunkin donuts munchkins and the real donuts of the summit bakery. the display was made for the commemoration of my uncle.
I want to share my experience first of all by giving thanks to all the Dunkin’ Donuts team that work in this location. Today My car broke down in the middle of the Drive thru area when ordering food. The staff were so kind and understanding. And the first thing they thought about my kids and I been safe and getting us inside the store. Specially, because it was more than 95 degrees outside. Thank you all very much. Sorry you have to close the Drive thru for more than 30 minutes. Great management and great staff!!
This is definitely the best Dunkin’ Donuts around. The staff treats you like family and clearly puts a lot of effort into their work. I even go past two other Dunkin’ Donuts just to come here. The location is fantastic if you’re looking for a great Dunkin’ Donuts experience. I highly recommend this place!
I would like to share my experience at this restaurant, thanks to the amazing Dunkin’ Donuts team. Today, my car broke down right in the middle of the drive-thru while I was ordering food. The staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. They prioritized the safety of my kids and me, and kindly brought us inside the store, especially considering it was over 95 degrees outside. Thank you so much, and I apologize for the drive-thru being closed for more than 30 minutes. The management and staff are truly exceptional!
