Dunkin' - Cicero

I have to give credit where it’s due: they got our orders right on the first try, which is impressive! However, I still find Dunkin’ Donuts to be quite expensive. We paid $13 for two medium ice cream coffees and some bagel bites. Many times we end up having to go through the drive-thru and then park to enjoy our drinks because they often prepare the beverages first. Thankfully, this visit wasn’t too bad. A win for the South Bay Rd Dunkin’ today!

The majority of the morning staff is fantastic. However, I find that Naomi at the drive-thru during the morning rush can be over-the-top with her wait times, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, there’s the Chinese girl who tends to be quite rude and unfriendly, always giving off a bad attitude. On the bright side, Tony is wonderful and consistently friendly!

This is the best Dunkin' in Syracuse/Central NY. However, it's worth noting that they don't make the donuts fresh on site; they are delivered to the store.

We visited this store at least 3 times a week. usually early afternoons Tony greets my wife! I'm driving more energy! The often is always on point and very efficient makes a fantastic pumpkin cold bfew!!!!
