Scoops Ice Cream Shoppe - Cicero

Let me start by saying the ice cream was SO delicious scrumptious and finger lickin good, however you may see my rating is on the lower end of the scale.... you may be wondering why is it so low if the ice cream is making people scurry back for more everyday well, let me tell you. I had a little blonde girl with blue eyes serve me, attitude through the roof and messed up my order THRICE. Seriously unacceptable. Very disappointed with her service and unability to satisfy my ice cream dreams. Great ice cream.... but cmon guys, please get the staff in check.

My friends and I just had an excruciatingly terrible experience at Scoops. Not only were there so many bees around that someone could easily get stung. The benches were covered in ice cream and no one cleaned them off. The ice cream was literally melting the moment they gave it to you which means it wasn't cold enough and it was mild weather and not nearly that hot to justify melting so fast. The bees were all over us and it got so bad that we had to throw our ice cream and the cones away just to avoid getting stung, but then again the ice cream melt so fast that it was impossible to finish it by the time it would have completely melted. This was a God awful experience and none of us would dare go back until they either fixed it where the ice cream stays cold enough to last even in mild temperatures or fix the horrific and problematic bee issue. Extremely let down, disappointed and furious that we spent money at this establishment that we used to love.

Ice cream is tasty and live music is nice but they are expensive!!
