I visited this restaurant with my mom, and we had a fantastic time. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Our server, Jazsmin, went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied throughout our meal, and we truly were. Food: 5/5.

On 10/13/2022 our family and friends dived to 650 for dinner. as I mean name and the number of people (8) brandy the wet asks me if I were a “normal”. I was surprised by the asking I answered no, do not think that the answer would determine another waiting time. lol! well, she told me that the waiting period would be really long because of Thursday night football (which did not begin for another hour and thirty minutes) I set it our name and sat and played with our children and friends children to entertain them for a little. about 20 minutes went by and I noticed that there was another table available, was open when we came in. So I went up and asked brandy politely whether this table was available. she answered no, this table to be reserved for our regulars. what I answered in someone from a declining ton “oh! I didn’t know they were allowed to book here,” she then answered well one of our masters who wrote the server so that we could store it for them. So I made someone a little scene and we were sitting somewhere else. out of curiosity after we were in the restaurant, I wanted to see if the “Regulars” still appeared. it was an hour ago and they still saved the table. that was just the beginning. Anyway, we are not going to be the specific bdubs we often go to. what an absolute sweat.

So our order was set for 5 today to pick up..they changed the time to 5:30 which we didn’t mind. We figured it would be a little longer since it’s game day. We picked up our food..everything was cold. Literally everything. They put toppings on my mother in laws burger which she is very allergic to Mayo and that was on there..had to change out buns at home. Every employee in there was complaining about how communication was off and their were multiple people waiting for their food as well. We have no problems when eating in usually but we will never order takeout again.

Fairfield Township location in Bridgewater Falls. Wonderful food!! Service was sloooow. But it was buy 1 order get 1 free. So it was expected but exceptionally slow. Music was very loud. You could not hold a conversation unless you were yelling.
