Chuck E. Cheese - Cincinnati

We had the birthday party of our child here and it was great! I wish we had 2 party hosts because it was a lot for us. it took a while to get the cards when we arrived, so children were a bit boring for the first 20 minutes. also the drinks took a long time to get to the table and she didn't have the egg ready for the children when we sang happy birthday, I had to ask. I also had to ask for for fork spoons of serviettes and teller. they asked me to fill out the question before I left because the management wants. the end of a childbirth party is extremely stressful and not the right time when I try to collect gifts, uneaten cake all during the pursuit of my tired children and say farewell to my guests. the party host should have had more help or have been faster to run our party more smoothly. the prices also took a very long time, and we had to go before we got to get back so we have to go back to spend our tickets. I would go back yes, but only with 2 party hosts / better service. the games ran wonderful and the place was pretty clean.

My 3 year old none and she had fun, the place was very empty and I guess it was because of the day and the time I went, what was 5p. on a weekday was the place clean and well illuminated and organized vegetarian options: they had a salad barKid-Friendship: the place is a child entertainment place parking: parking in beautiful bike accessible

Before it was better unfortunately as time goes by it is plummeting more and the reason I give them a star is because the people who serve you treat you super badly they don’t realize that we are customers and we are consuming they also have a super dirty and sticky floor and not to mention the food I understand that things are expensive but $2.15 each piece of chicken really!!!!!!

Jr turned 12 but his birthday wish was to go here for the last time!!! So we did, I asked him where he wants to eat at and he said Chuck E Cheeses had the BEST PIZZA!!! The only thing wrong was, we didn't ask for stuff crust and its $3.00 more, luckily it was pretty good so I didn't complain.

I mean the kids had fun once they got to our party and figured everything out and got our game cards. The employees definitely didn't care about being there and they ALL seemed to stay in the kitchen. The manager stood by the soda fountain and openly cussed loudly in the headset for awhile which upset me because he works around children and there's multiple areas he could've went to to get away from children's ears. I don't reccomend you get the fries.
